Michael Pratt - Managing Director
 Employed by Blackwood Investments Pty Ltd, (the finance arm of Southern Motors Group) for four years prior to establishing a Finance Broking Consultancy (formerly known as Michael Pratt and Associates) in 1978. Michael commenced independent activities in the finance broking and consulting industry with a number of clients from the motor vehicle industry. Whilst further developing his company's presence in the luxury vehicle field, Michael saw an opportunity to expand his business and provide a greater range of financial services to a growing client base.
Outside of Pratt & Co. Financial Services, Michael's philanthropic interests include being the Chairperson on several Committees', fundraising for numerous Medical Foundations as well as contributing to various other charities.
Alice Rohan - Executive PA
Alice has 15 years' legal experience (secretarial & 'para legal') followed by middle management and management roles in the legal, political and philanthropic fields.
Alice has been an integral part of Pratt & Co. Financial Services for over 10 years, and her role now concentrates mainly on office administration.
Len Fuller - Administration Manager
 Len has over 35 years' experience in the finance industry, covering leasing, commercial finance and mortgage banking. Prior to joining Pratt & Co. Financial Services (in 1992), Len was the Leasing Manager at NatWest Australia Bank Ltd.
Outside of the office, Len's interests include golf, sailing and the occasional surf with his two sons.
His role at Pratt & Co. Financial Services is to provide clients with the utmost level of service, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and settled in a timely manner.

Ken McLean – BDM – Yellow Goods
 Ken is well known as a specialist financier to the Earthmoving Industry. Before running his own business for 21 years, Ken's previous experience was 15-years as State Manager for a large Australia Distributor of earthmoving machinery. This earthmoving experience has been invaluable to Ken when servicing his clients' financial needs. On 3 December 2001, K.A. McLean Finance Brokers merged with Pratt & Co. Financial Services and formed a commitment to provide its clients with the highest levels of financial service.
Avanthi Algama - Credit Support Officer
 Avanthi brings in Finance, Lending and Relationship Management experience in corporate and Institutional Banking from a 14 year banking career with Standard Chartered Bank.
She also holds an MBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Southern Queensland.
Ryan Larsen- BDM Asset Finance
Ryan has worked in finance for several years and by way of a brief history, prior to joining Michael and the team at Pratt & Co, has previously worked for NAB Business Banking and GE Commercial Finance in Equipment & Vendor Finance.
Ryan has completed a Bachelor of Business. Ryan’s role at Pratt & Co is BDM in Asset Finance

Christopher Vouk Mortgage Department Manager
 Chris is a highly experienced Manager with a background in residential and commercial lending. He has twenty years experience in the Banking and Finance Industry having held senior roles in Banks and Finance companies.
Chris is a Full Member of the MFAA and has a degree in Banking and Finance.
